  • By accessing the Soccer360 Marketplace website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to distributing viruses or harmful software, spamming, or any activities that disrupt the website’s normal functioning.

4. Vendor Terms

  • Vendor Registration: Vendors must complete the registration process and be approved by Soccer360 Marketplace to list products on the platform.
  • Fees: Vendors agree to pay the annual listing fee of $400 and applicable commissions on sales.
  • Product Listings: Vendors are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability. Any false or misleading information is grounds for suspension or removal.
  • Shipping & Fulfillment: Vendors are responsible for packaging, shipping, and fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner. Vendors must provide tracking details where applicable.
  • Vendor Payouts: Vendors will be paid for completed sales as per the payment schedule set during onboarding.

5. Customer Terms

  • Purchases: By making a purchase on Soccer360 Marketplace, customers agree to the terms of sale, including product pricing, shipping costs, and delivery times.
  • Returns & Refunds: Customers may request a return or refund as per the vendor’s return policy. Soccer360 Marketplace is not directly responsible for product returns or refunds.
  • Membership: Customers who sign up for the S360 Club Membership agree to pay the annual fee of $195. Membership benefits include discounts, early access to products, and exclusive offers.

6. Payments

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit card payments, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed on the checkout page. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
  • Vendor Payments: Vendors will receive payouts on a regular schedule (e.g., weekly or monthly) as per the terms agreed upon during vendor onboarding. Payments are subject to platform commissions and applicable fees.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Vendors are responsible for setting shipping rates and timelines. Customers will be informed of estimated shipping times at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Some vendors may offer international shipping. Additional fees and longer delivery times may apply.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Each vendor may have their own return and refund policies. Customers are encouraged to read the product listing details for specific return conditions.
  • Dispute Resolution: Soccer360 Marketplace will assist in resolving disputes between vendors and customers when possible but is not responsible for enforcing vendor return policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Soccer360 Marketplace, including logos, text, images, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Soccer360 Group or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Soccer360 Marketplace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to product defects, shipping delays, or incorrect product descriptions.
  • Vendors are solely responsible for the products they list and sell on the platform, and Soccer360 Marketplace does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of the products.

11. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, vendor, or customer who violates these terms and conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform.
  • Upon termination, any outstanding balances owed to Soccer360 Marketplace must be paid in full.

12. Changes to Terms

Soccer360 Marketplace reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
